For individuals reservations can be made 24hours prior to the trip with the full payment of the tour and wait for the confirmation

CANCELLATION POLICIES

For the cancellation to be valid you must notify us 48 hours before the trip, otherwise you will be charged the full price of the tour. Cancellations within 3 days of the trip will be charged 20%. If we cancel due to weather we will reschedule for the next available day or refund amount paid at the time of reservation
